Our current turnaround for Personalized/Custom orders is 7-14 business days.

 

In the "Add your personalization" text box specify what you would like printed on the labels Name & Age, Specific Message you would like, etc…

We will replicate and print the information exactly as you proved, so please double-check the spelling before submitting your order.

Physical Products

Cancellation and Refunds

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products.

Order Cancellation

  • Timeframe: You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it (excluding Digital Products & Downloads).
  • After 24 Hours: Any requests to cancel orders after 24 hours will be denied. Some exceptions may apply.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hangingwiththekiddos.com. We will be glad to assist you and make things right.

Order Issues / Wrong Address

Ensure that your shipping address is current and accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will provide the following options once we receive the returned package:

Option 1:

  • We will refund the order upon receipt minus a $10 restocking fee for labor and discarding the custom-made box as well as any perishable items.

Option 2:

  • We will reship the package to a new address for a $15 reshipping fee (invoiced through PayPal).
