Digital Downloads

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital files will be available for immediate download. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues with your digital order, please reach out to us at support@hangingwiththekiddos.com.

Immediate Download Requirement
To ensure long-term access, we strongly recommend downloading and saving your templates to your Canva account or secure storage immediately after purchase.

Template Accessibility

Our Canva templates are designed for easy access with unlimited edits. However, templates may be updated or modified, which can cause links to expire or become inaccessible.

PSD File Management Policy
For PSD files, download and save your templates immediately after purchase to a secure location, such as your computer’s hard drive, Photoshop Creative Cloud, Dropbox, an external hard drive, or a memory stick. Replacement links for files lost due to personal issues will not be provided, so please ensure your files are safely backed up.

Replacement Policy
If a template link becomes inaccessible due to an update or Canva error, we will provide a replacement link within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for expired links or files lost due to personal issues after this period.

Policy for Canva Templates Purchased Over One Year Ago
As Canva templates may undergo updates over time, links to templates purchased over a year ago may expire. We are unable to provide replacements for older purchases. If the template link is inaccessible after a year, purchasing the latest version may be necessary.

Cancellation and Refunds

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hangingwiththekiddos.com. We will be glad to assist you and make things right.

Order Issues / Wrong Address

Ensure that your shipping address is current and accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will provide the following options once we receive the returned package:

Option 1:

  • We will refund the order upon receipt minus a 20% restocking fee for labor and discarding the custom-made items as well as any perishable items.

Option 2:

  • Have the package reshipped to a new address at the cost of reshipping.
