Hanging with the Kiddos is an online shop offering editable party favor templates, printable decorations, and DIY supplies for celebrations and classroom events.

What products do you offer?
We offer digital downloads (Canva templates, printables, mockups) and physical DIY supplies (glossy paper, sticker sheets) for party favors and decorations.

Do I need special equipment to use your printables?
You only need a home inkjet printer, scissors or a paper cutter, and sometimes tape or glue. Templates are easy to edit with free Canva accounts.

Do you ship physical products?
Yes, we ship supplies like glossy paper within the US and internationally.

How long does it take to process my order?
Digital downloads are available instantly after purchase. Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS or other standard carriers. You’ll receive a tracking link by email after your order ships.

How can I track my order?
You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your package is on the way.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us right away. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it’s returned due to an incorrect address, you can choose a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or pay for reshipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Digital downloads and physical products are final sale. No returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us for help.

Can I cancel my order?
Digital orders can’t be canceled due to instant access. Physical orders may be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet—please email us as soon as possible.

Your digital files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your files.

Can I return or cancel digital downloads?
No, digital products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us within 30 days for help.

Template Accessibility

Our Canva templates are designed for easy access with unlimited edits. However, templates may be updated or modified, which can cause links to expire or become inaccessible.

Replacement Policy
If a template link becomes inaccessible due to an update or Canva error, we will provide a replacement link within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for expired links or files lost due to personal issues after this period.

Policy for Canva Templates Purchased Over One Year Ago
As Canva templates may undergo updates over time, links to templates purchased over a year ago may expire. We are unable to provide replacements for older purchases. If the template link is inaccessible after a year, purchasing the latest version may be necessary.
