No special equipment is required! All you need is a standard home printer, our Glossy Paper Sheets (if you want that professional touch), and some basic crafting tools like scissors and double-sided tape.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship physical products?
Yes, we ship our Glossy Paper Sheets and select custom party favors. Digital products are available for instant download.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 7-14 days for order processing.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship your orders via USPS Priority. Most items typically arrive within 3-5 days from the date of shipping.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your items have been shipped. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date at the time of your order.
- Hanging with the Kiddos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Returns and Cancellations
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@hangingwiththekiddos.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it (excluding Digital Products & Downloads). Any requests to cancel orders after 24 hours will be denied. Some exceptions may apply.

Immediate Download Requirement
To ensure long-term access, we strongly recommend downloading and saving your templates to your Canva account or secure storage immediately after purchase.
Template Accessibility
Our Canva templates are designed for easy access with unlimited edits. However, templates may be updated or modified, which can cause links to expire or become inaccessible.
Replacement Policy
If a template link becomes inaccessible due to an update or Canva error, we will provide a replacement link within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for expired links or files lost due to personal issues after this period.
Policy for Canva Templates Purchased Over One Year Ago
As Canva templates may undergo updates over time, links to templates purchased over a year ago may expire. We are unable to provide replacements for older purchases. If the template link is inaccessible after a year, purchasing the latest version may be necessary.
How do I access my digital downloads?
Your digital files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your files..
Can I return or cancel digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you encounter any issues with your digital order, please contact us at latoya@hangingwiththekiddos.com.
