Our current processing time for personalized/custom orders is 7 business days. Please plan accordingly to ensure your order arrives in time for your event.
Personalization Details
In the "Add your personalization" text box, please specify the details you’d like printed on your labels, such as the Name, Age, or Specific Message. We will replicate and print exactly what you provide, so double-check the spelling and any other details before submitting your order.
Refunds & Returns
As this is a personalized product, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If a return or exchange is accepted in special cases, please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Shipping Information
We ship using USPS or UPS, and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please plan ahead and place your order well in advance of your event to avoid any delays in delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information, so you can stay informed throughout the delivery process.

- Printing Process: Our products are printed using high-quality materials and processes, but slight color variations may occur due to the nature of the printing process.
We work to ensure accurate color representation but cannot guarantee a 100% color match due to these factors. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor color variations.

Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our personalized products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for personalized items once production has begun.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your personalized order within 24 hours of purchase to allow us time to prepare your customization.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations after this window will not be accepted, as work may have already commenced on your order.
Personalization Details
We print and prepare your personalized product exactly as you specify, so please double-check spelling, names, dates, and any custom text you provide. We are not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.
Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a printing error on our part, contact us at support@hangingwiththekiddos.com within 3 business days. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Order Issues / Incorrect Address
Double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following options are available:
- Option 1: We will reship your item to the correct address for a $15 reshipping fee (invoiced through PayPal).
- Option 2: If reshipment is not feasible, we can refund the order, minus a $10 restocking fee to cover labor and materials already used.
