📦 Shipping Information

Physical Products (Glossy Paper, Supplies, Print Orders)

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Methods & Costs:
    All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided.

Shopify Store: Customers pay shipping at checkout; average cost is $6–$8 per order (varies by location and weight).

  • Packaging:
    Your order will arrive in a sturdy poly mailer, with a thank you postcard and a packing slip included for a special touch.
  • Bulk & International Orders:
    Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

🖨️ Digital Products (Templates, Printables, Downloads)

  • Delivery:
    All digital products are available for instant download after purchase. You’ll receive a download link via email and/or your customer account.
  • No Shipping Fees:
    Digital items do not require shipping or incur shipping charges.


🚚 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.


🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Physical Products

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—no hassle!
  • Incorrect Items:
    If you received the wrong item, contact us and we’ll make it right.
  • Change of Mind:
    Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received.

Digital Products

  • All digital sales are final.
    Due to the nature of instant downloads, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on digital products.
  • Exceptions:
    If you purchased the same item twice by accident or have trouble accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll help you out.

For quality and safety, we only accept returns on unopened, unused paper packs.

Check your spam folder first. If you still can’t access your files, contact us and we’ll resend your download.
