Thank you for choosing Hanging with the Kiddos Custom Party Favors! By purchasing or using our digital templates, you agree to the following terms.

Personal & Small Business Use

• Templates may be used for personal celebrations, classroom events, and small business projects.
• You may customize, download, and print designs for personal use.
• Small business owners may sell physical finished products created using our templates.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, distribute, or give away the original Canva template or access link.
• Resell or redistribute our designs in their original or minimally modified form.
• Upload our templates to other websites, marketplaces, or digital product libraries.
• Claim our original artwork or designs as your own.
• Share your Canva access link with others.

Digital Product Restrictions

Our templates are intended primarily for creating physical finished products.

Selling digital products created from our templates requires substantial redesign and must comply with our separate Creative Business License, where applicable. Purchasing an individual template does not automatically grant digital resale rights.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered once digital access has been provided. Please contact us if you experience difficulty accessing your purchase.

Copyright & Ownership

All original artwork, designs, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Hanging with the Kiddos Custom Party Favors.

Purchasing a template grants you a limited license to use the design. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.
