Custom Order Policy
Thank you for choosing Hanging with the Kiddos for your custom party favors. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review our Custom Order Policy below.
Order Processing Time:
- Standard Processing: Please allow up to 14 business days for processing on all custom orders.
- Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, we offer a Rush Order option with processing times of up to 7 business days. Additional fees apply.
Proofs & Approval:
- For Standard Orders, proofs will be sent to your email 7 business days before your order ships.
- For Rush Orders, proofs will be sent 3 business days before your order ships.
- Please review your proof carefully and respond with any changes or approval.
- If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your items will be printed as-is and shipped according to the original design specifications.
- Hanging with the Kiddos is not responsible for any errors if the proof is printed as-is due to no response.
Shipping Method:
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive once shipped.
- Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays by the carrier.
Tracking Information:
- Tracking details will be sent to your email once your items have been shipped.
- You can use the tracking information to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date at the time of your order.
- Hanging with the Kiddos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages due to incorrect or outdated addresses.
- If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
Returned Packages:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, you have the following options:
1️⃣ One-Time Courtesy Reship (First-Time Customers Only):
If you are a first-time customer, we are happy to reship your order one time at no additional cost. This courtesy is extended only once per customer.
2️⃣ Reshipping Fee with 7-Day Hold:
- If your order is returned and you are not eligible for the courtesy reship, we can reship your order upon payment of the additional shipping cost.
- We will hold your returned package for up to 7 business days. If the reshipping fee is not paid within that time, the order will be considered forfeited.
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.
- After contacting the carrier, you may reach out to us for additional assistance.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for custom orders unless there is an error on our part.
Please note that refunds are not available for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
